Hardware & Integration
This chapter groups the supported hardware families and custom serial integration workflows. Use it as the entry point to choose the right device page for your setup.
Device pages
| Device | Typical use | Connection | Activation |
|---|---|---|---|
| log.flow | Native EasyGraph datalogging with pulse/frequency and optional analog inputs | USB | Hardware-bound serial key |
| IO.flow | IO-Link based flowmeter streaming and common parameter changes | IO-Link USB master plus IO.flow converter | Online license |
| Display/FU | Evaluation units such as A341, A350, FU210 | RS232 via USB adapter or native COM port | Online license |
| SimpleSerial | Custom serial devices with plain text output | COM port with user-defined parser | Online license |
Recommended workflow
- Identify the device family you are using.
- Open the matching device page and follow its connection section.
- Complete the required activation workflow from License Activation.
- Connect.
- Continue with Device Parameterization or Recording & Triggering.
Integration principles shared by all devices
- Verify signal type and pinout before applying power.
- Confirm the activation method before troubleshooting the connection.
- Verify on-device parameters and scaling before connecting with EasyGraph. Start clean/factory reset when in doubt.
Choosing between device pages and workflow pages
Use the device pages in this chapter for hardware-specific wiring and connection behavior. Use License Activation, Device Parameterization, and Recording & Triggering for cross-device workflows inside EasyGraph.
